About Me
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca; Danny Godoy developed an immediate love for fashion. Immediately after graduating from City Honors High School in Inglewood, Ca. Danny attended FIDM-Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise in their Fashion Design Major. After receiving his first Degree (AA in Fashion Design), Danny Godoy worked as a Floor Manager with Ted Baker London. A year later he reapplied for FIDM's 3rd year Debut, Advanced Fashion Design Program, and was nominated as one of the 11 student to debut his collection on March 2016.
Being a part of Debut was a huge accomplishment for Danny, given that he had applied the previous year and did not get accepted. This time around he did not only get accepted into the program but was the Nolan Miller Full ride Scholarship Winner.
Danny Godoy describes his target customer as a classic showgirl. He is now living in New York City and working in developing a set relationship with an established brand to further his knowledge in the design world.
